The invite features a photo of the late actor from his early days as an actor. The prayer meet will take place in Taj Lands End, Bandra, from 5 pm to 7:30 pm today. Several Bollywood celebrities have been visiting the Deol residence to stand by them in their time of grief. Among those who were seen reaching the residence in the last couple of days were Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Ananya Panday, Bhavna Panday, Farah Khan, Jeetendra, Varun Dhawan, Rakul Preet Singh, Asha Parekh and more. Dharmendra made his debut in 1960 and quickly became a superstar. His career boasts over 300 films, many of which are considered classics today. Some of his most memorable performances include the iconic role of Veeru in the cult classic Sholay, as well as memorable performances in Phool Aur Patthar, Seeta Aur Geeta, Chupke Chupke, Dharam Veer, and Pratigya. Dharmendra will posthumously be seen in Sriram Raghavan's film Ikkis, starring Amitabh Bachchan's grandson Agastya Nanda.
