Singapore and China’s national libraries will co-host an exhibition on the Four Great Classical Novels later this year. Wong stressed that Chinese has become a common language among Singapore’s Chinese community and should continue to serve as a bridge to Chinese-speaking communities worldwide. He stressed that Singapore should continue promoting Chinese as an important part of its multicultural identity and a bridge to Chinese-speaking communities around the world.
