一 | (ECNS) -- A new alliance — the Cattle and Sheep International Sourcing and Sales Alliance — was established on Tuesday under the China (Inner Mongolia) Pilot Free Trade Zone (FTZ), with 21 founding members from Shenzhen, Beijing, Chongqing and the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, according to the region's commerce department. 原标题：缆绳打断腿骨一渔民受伤昏迷直升机出动救援救援人员通过绞车吊运方式将受伤渔民接至机舱。（东二飞供图）本报讯（记者曾嫣艳通讯员崔博闻）9月11日上午，接福建RCC险情信息，在东山岛东侧约120公里海域，“南澳渔88207”轮上一渔民作业时不慎被缆绳打断腿部，失血昏迷，情况危急。交通运输部东海救助局立刻指令东海第二救助飞行队执行救助任务。接到任务后，在厦门高崎机场待命的“B-7345”机组在做好飞行评估和各项准备后，第一时间出动救援。考虑到伤员腿骨断裂，大量出血，已出现昏迷症状，随时有生命危险，机组决定，在接到伤员后直飞厦门大学附属翔安医院救治。上午10时27分，“B-7345”救助直升机从厦门高崎机场火速赶赴现场。

二 | 经过近一小时航路飞行及目标搜寻，机组于11时24分发现目标渔船，通过绞车吊运的方式，先后将受伤渔民和1名陪同人员接至机舱，并开始返航。
